We currently have warehouses in USA, Saudi Arabia, China and Dubai. Items will be shipped to the location closest to you.
The expected delivery date includes processing time and logistics transportation time – please be patient and wait for the order product to be delivered. You can check and learn more about it in the “Logistics Information”.
You can also view the “Order Tracking Form” as this feature is sent by a traceable service. To view your order tracking form, simply log in to your account, enter the “My Orders” page, and click “Tracking” to track your package status.
If your expected delivery date has passed but you have not yet received the order item, please contact our customer service team through ‘Customer Service’ for further assistance.
If there are no updates on SF Express website after your order is shipped
Then, SF Express will receive the package within working days. Once SF Express scans these packages, the website will update the tracking number’s flow direction. After the package is shipped from our warehouse, it may take 3-5 days to see the updated logistics information.
After reaching the next logistics stage, please give the courier some time to update the latest logistics information. We hope you can receive the package as soon as possible and like the product you have chosen.
The possible reasons for this situation are as follows:
1) Incorrect or incomplete address filling
2) The phone number is invalid or not accessible
3) Due to unknown accidents, delivery cannot be made
Please click on “Tracking” on the “My Order” page to find the tracking number, and contact the logistics company for more information. You can also use ‘Customer Service’ to contact our customer service team to report the situation, in order to facilitate the assistance of customer service personnel.
Don’t worry, if you haven’t received the package yet, please try the following methods to find it before contacting customer service:
- Confirm if your delivery address is correct. Go to the “My Orders” page on the SHEIN official website or your SHEIN application to confirm the delivery details of your order
If the address is confirmed to be correct, most packages will usually be found accidentally misplaced. Check your email or delivery location to see if the courier has left your package near your home, in your mailbox, in front of the garage, or on the lawn. - Check if someone else is receiving the goods on your behalf. Ask your family, neighbors, gatekeepers, or other family members to see if they have received your package.
Sometimes, there may be situations where the delivery personnel attempt to contact you for package delivery, but the delivery is unsuccessful. Please check your phone message or email to see if the carrier has notified you that the attempt to deliver has failed, or to discuss a second delivery time with you. - Wait for 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may appear as delivered 48 hours before actual delivery.
If the delivery attempt fails or you are still unable to retrieve the package, the quickest way is to contact the carrier directly.
